(the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you are consenting to the collection, use and disclosure of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to the same, please do not access or use the Site.

We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time without any prior notice to you and will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Site. 4. Processing of Data:

For the purposes of processing and completing online DISC and Motivational Maps profiling, With Cadence is the Processor of data. If you request a service from us you will be asked to provide us with your full name, appropriate email addresses and your company name and address. In addition, we require the name and email address of your candidate or employee. These are essential in order for us to be able to provide our products and service to you.

We do not approach any candidates or employees without their consent, for which, you will be asked to gain their consent and provide this to us via a request form for processing. We may also ask you to provide us with a relevant job description in order to carry out some of our services. We ask that you do not provide us with a candidate’s CV unless express permission has been given, in writing, by the candidate.

If you do not provide us with the personal information we require within the timeframe needed we will be unable to carry out the service.

Motivational® Maps are the controllers of data. The system used by With Cadence is provided by Motivational Maps®. For further information, we recommend you view Motivational Maps Privacy Policy.

The DISC Profiling Evaluation system provided to With Cadence is hosted by PeopleKeys®, who are based in the USA. If you have any enquiries regarding your or your candidate’s or employee’s personal data, they should be directed to: compliance@peoplekeys.com

5. Retention of Your Information:

We will retain your personal information with us for 90 days to 2 years after users terminate their accounts or for as long as we need it to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected as detailed in this Privacy Policy. We may need to retain certain information for longer periods such as record-keeping / reporting in accordance with applicable law or for other legitimate reasons like enforcement of legal rights, fraud prevention, etc. Residual anonymous information and aggregate information, neither of which identifies you (directly or indirectly), may be stored indefinitely.


6. Your Rights:

Access – You have the right to request access your personal data.
Rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate.
Erasure – You have the right to request that we erase your personal data.
